Leaders

Good morning church. This morning, I want to talk about leaders for every church needs them, every church wants them most churches don’t care well for them. But Jesus the founder of this idea called the church (His ekklesia - His called-out ones) - designed the church in a way that it needs and will only thrive if it has good leaders. When I began at Brentview Baptist church something extra ordinary happened almost immediately we experienced explosive growth.  And I found myself called to lead a church that was larger than any church I had ever attended, with more staff than I had ever managed, and involved with a church building project that made me weak in the knees.
