Intro: Good Morning Church. Let me begin this morning with some Canadian Thanksgiving trivia. For a while Thanksgiving is our tastiest holiday as popular as it is. Let me tell you 5 things that you probably don’t know about Thanksgiving.

#1 While Americans look back with pride as they date their Thanksgiving to the Pilgrims Thanksgiving meal in 1621 at Plymouth Rock saying tight were the first to celebrate this holiday.  Actually, a British explorer named Martin Frobisher in Canada beat the Americans by 43 years. For Frobisher and his crew held a thanksgiving service in Newfoundland in 1578 - thanking God for helping them survive the journey as they came to look for the NW passage.
