Intro: Good Morning Church. We are about to enter the next phase in our Transitional journey. Which will include working on things like church structure (sounds boring> but it will help in communication/ proper sharing of the loads as you work together. Looking at things like how do you process disagreements in a biblical/ helpful way - because if you get a group of Baptist together - you will always have LOTS of different opinions and we are stepping into the time when we will be working together to call your next Lead Pastor. So it will be a pretty exciting spring.
