Why Can We Live with Hope this Christmas?
Think about the word Wisdom. It can mean understanding, knowledge, insight or perception. One definition states – “Wisdom is knowledge of what is true or right joined with just judgment and action.” We’ve all gathered wisdom from different sources. We’ve learned some from our parents and families. We may have learned it from teachers, coaches or employers. Each taught us about life and how things work. We may have gathered wisdom from grandparents or more experienced people. We have likely learned some wisdom from authors, philosophers and leaders. We learn cultural wisdom from the culture we live in. We gain wisdom from our ethnic group or nation of origin. Each religion claims to give wisdom to its followers...
