Welcome to our Prayer Ministry, where we come together in faith and seek God’s guidance for our lives, our church, and our community. We invite you to join us in any of the following ways:
Pre-Service Prayer
Every Sunday from 9:00–9:30 AM, we gather in Room 202 to pray before our worship service. This is a special time to lift up the service, our pastors, and the needs of our congregation. Come experience the power of collective prayer and prepare your heart for worship. Email: pastorserge@svbc.ab.ca.
Prayer Chain
If you have a specific prayer request, we are here to pray for you. Submit your prayer to prayer@svbc.ab.ca, and our caring prayer team will lift up your request in confidence. Whether you are facing a challenge or celebrating a victory, we are honored to stand with you in prayer.
Prayer Walk
Join us every 2nd Tuesday of each month as we walk through our neighborhoods, covering our community in prayer -weather permitting during spring, summer, and early fall. We will pause for the winter after the first snow fall. We meet at various locations from 6:30-8:00 pm and walk together, praying for the people, schools, and businesses we pass. This is a powerful way to bless our community and invite God’s presence into every corner of our town. All ages are welcome, however; minors should be accompanied by a responsible adult/caregiver.
