How many people here have at least one sibling – a brother or sister? Hands up! Is anyone an only child? I have an older sibling so I am part of the people with siblings crowd.
Now you’ve probably heard about how birth order can affect the character traits of siblings. So first you have the oldest sibling or oldest child. According to an article on parents.com. It states “Birth order explains a small part of who we are, but personality changes definitely exist between siblings,” says someone named Frank Sulloway, author of Born to Rebel.[1] The article goes on to say that the roles siblings adopt lead to differences in behavior. And parents tend to reinforce these roles, whether they realize it or not.
