The Feeding of the 5000
I pray that it is well with your soul. And sometimes our souls are well. Maybe when we first came to Christ; maybe when we experienced a great blessing in our lives, or we were on a spiritual high. Maybe last year at this time, maybe your soul is well right now. But there’s other times when our souls are not well. Maybe something happened this last year that troubled your soul, and you’re trying to find a new normal after this major disruption in your life. Maybe somethings going on in your life right now that’s troubling you, and you’re disturbed, and you’re not sure how this is going to turn out. Maybe you’re just going through the motions as a Christian, and though your soul is not troubled, when it comes to the things of God, your soul is not well.
