Because of COVID-19 we are unable to meet as a congregation to celebrate Christ’s resurrection, but that won’t stop us from celebrating Christ’s ultimate gift to us! We are planning to do something extra special this year instead…
The cross is the symbol of our hope in Christ, so this year we will gather individually around the cross & then on Easter Sunday we will have the cross on stage for all to see on our Livestream.
Here’s how you can participate:
- Please come to SVBC with your individual isolation group
- Bring a flower for each person ~ you can bring a real one, a dollar store fake flower or a home made craft flower (origami flower patterns available in the downloads below)
- Add the flowers to the cross
- Stay for a few minutes to remember Christ’s gift to you
- Please leave after a few minutes to allow the next group the opportunity
When: Saturday, April 11th from 1 pm to 5 pm
Where: Outside the front doors of SVBC
